Design de papelaria de casamento / Wedding stationary
Angela & Gilwann sonhavam com um casamento tradicional, mas de um jeito diferente. Queriam uma noite cheia de personalidade, inspirada em um universo temático só deles.
Ela queria o romantismo das histórias de princesas e cavaleiros. Ele, que é aficionado por jogos, queria uma noite cheia de aventuras.
Inspirados por esse universo, criamos para a papelaria do seu casamento uma história mágica, a ser vivida - e não só contada - por seus personagens - os noivos e seus convidados, do save the date à noite da festa.
Na Fábula de Angela & Gilwann, este casal apaixonado está prestes a viver a aventura mais romântica de suas vidas: o seu casamento. Fazem parte desta história fantástica seus pais (os reis e rainhas deste reino), seus padrinhos e madrinhas (fiéis escudeiros e ladys) e seus convidados (a corte que participa de um grande baile). Cada um deles tem um importante papel a desempenhar em cada um dos atos desta narrativa, que tem seu desfecho na noite mais feliz das suas vida.
Para criar esse universo mágico, criamos uma série de ilustrações aplicadas sob uma cuidadosa seleção de papeis especiais.
Angela & Gilwann dreamt with a traditional wedding, but in a different way. They wanted a night filled with personality, inspired in a themed universe of their own.
She wanted the romance of the stories of princesses and knights. He, as a game afficionado, wanted a night filled with adventures.
Inspired in this universe, we created a magical story for the stationary, to be lived – and not only told – by its characters – the grooms and its guests, from the save the date until the night of the party.
On the fable of Angela & Gilwann, this couple is about to live the most romantic adventure of their lives: their wedding. In this story their parents take part (as the kings and queens), their best men (sirs and ladies) and its guests (the court that participates in a great ball). Each of them has an important role to play in each of the acts of this narrative, which ends on the happiest night of their lives.
To create this magical universe, we created a series of illustrations applied under a careful selection of special papers.
SAVE THE DATE
O save the date foi criadona forma de uma carta de TCG (Trading Card Games: jogo de cartas colecionáveis). A carta “O Convidado” designa a pessoa que recebe a desempenhar um papel na sua fábula: o papel de convidado.
Para conferir um tom interativo e poético para este convite inicial, a ilustração mostra um pombo entregando a carta na janela de um palácio.
The save the date was created in a shape of a Trading Card Game card. The card “the invited” designates the person to play a role on their fable: the guest.
To give an interactive and poetic tone to this initial invitation, the illustration shows a pigeon delivering the card on a window of a palace.
CAIXA DOS PADRINHOS / BEST MEN BOX
O convite aos padrinhos de casamento foi criado no formato de ficha de RPG (Role Playing Games: jogos em que se interpreta um papel). Cada padrinho recebeu uma caixa cheia de objetos que ele irá precisar para cumprir seu "papel" na história, junto com uma ficha descrevendo as características do seu “personagem”.
Além de ser uma forma de homenagem dos noivos, que descrevem com carinho a personalidade e qualidades de seu padrinho, a caixa é um elemento altamente interativo, onde o padrinho é convidado a entender o seu papel e como ele deverá agir (roupas, cores que irá usar, cerimônia, passo-a-passo, tradições, etc.) - ou seja, ele recebe as instruções do “casamento” como se fosse seu papel no “jogo”.
The invitation of the best men was created in a shape of a Trading Card Game card. Each best man received a box filled with objects that he will need to fulfill its “role” on the history, along with a token describing the characteristics of the “character”.
Besides being an homage to the grooms, that carefully describe the personality and qualities of each best man, the box is an element highly interactive, where the best man is invited to understand its role and how he should act (clothes, colors that will use, ceremony, step-by-step, traditions, etc) – that is, he receives the instructions of the “wedding” as it was his role on the “game”.
BRASÃO DO CASAL / COAT OF ARMS
Criamos um brasão inspirado na heráldica medieval, misturando elementos dos brasões das 4 famílias que se unem no casamento, criando um elemento de personalidade única a ser usado como assinatura do casal em todos os materiais do casamento.
We created a coat of arms inspired on medieval heraldic, mixing elements of the Arms of the 4 families that unite in the wedding, creating an element with unique personality to be used as the signature of the couple in every material of the wedding.
